Hi, I'm Seikhtaw. I am a father, a husband, and a buyer's agent.
I wasn't handed a head start. In 2006, I arrived in Australia with barely any English and only a few hundred dollars in my pocket. Every single step toward building security for my family had to be earned.
When I started looking into property, I felt the exact same stress many buyers feel today: Where do I begin? What if I choose the wrong suburb? What if I lose my savings?
Instead of staying frozen, I educated myself, developed practical strategies, and took action. That hands-on experience led to building a $4M portfolio in 4 years — not through luck, but through clear, disciplined choices.
Now, as a licensed buyer's agent based in Canberra, I source high-performing properties across local and interstate markets for people just like you.
